Welcome to the AREP Support Page
The AREP website has been migrated to a new platform recently and will undergo periodic maintenance during these few months. Please refer to the below FAQ and click the support link for additional assistance.
Password reset instructions
Users with an existing member account are required to reset your password when you log in for the first time after July 10, 2020. Please enter your username/email then select the “Lost your password” option and follow the directions on screen to reset your password.
Note that your new password should be at least eight characters and should include a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
For the best experience, please use one of the following browsers:
Microsoft Edge; Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox (Internet Explorer is no longer supported)
Email already exists
Each AREP website requires a unique email address. If you see the “Email already exists” message during registration then you already have an account on this site or another AREP website. Please log in on the same AREP website where you created your account to view your course certificates or use a unique email address to register an account on this site.
How to improve course performance
If you experience slower than normal course playback, try the following to increase the speed:
- Close all other browsers, tabs, and applications.
- Disconnect any open VPN connections.
- Contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to troubleshoot internet speeds.
Course won’t start
Pop up blockers should be disabled for the Advanced Renal Education program in order to play courses. If you experience a course that won’t play, please check your pop up blocker and allow pop ups for the AREP site then try again.
Unable to view course history
You may not have access to your history when accessing your learner dashboard using Internet Explorer, which is no longer supported by Microsoft. Please log into the AREP site using one of the following browsers for the best experience:
Microsoft Edge; Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox
Why won’t my password save?
Your new password should be at least ten (10) characters and should include a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. If the site won’t accept your new password when resetting your password, please confirm your new password follows these rules and try again.
