This roundtable webinar will feature a discussion of how to identify and overcome barriers in access to transplantation. In this program, we will highlight insights from the Northwestern Hispanic Kidney Transplant Program, and the UAB Living Donor Navigator Program and then discuss interesting cases and questions submitted by the audience.
